We offer a limited lifetime warranty* on all Castille Armory sword hilts, pommels and some handles for any reason that would cause the product not to pass regulation inspection within the SCA (Society for Creative Anachronism), HEMA, and WMA groups. All Castille Armory combat blades are warrantied* for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase for any reason that would cause the blade to not pass regulation inspection within the SCA (Society of Creative Anachronism), HEMA, and WMA groups. Warranty on other products will be considered on a case by case basis.
Customer will be asked to cover all shipping costs if the warranty/return is outside of 90 days from the date of purchase.
*We reserve the right to refuse refund of all or part of the purchase price if it appears the returned product was damaged** by the customer in a manner inconsistent with the intended use of the product. See individual product intended use specifications for listings. If you are unhappy with your purchase, return the item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. We will initiate a refund for the purchase price, minus shipping costs or make the requested changes to the product. ** Damaged product does not pass regulation inspection within the SCA (Society of Creative Anachronism), HEMA, and WMA.
Custom order parts are non-refundable or only refundable up to the cost of the stock product. Upon cancellation of an order, any funds will be issued to you as store credit. Cancellations on stock items will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.
Group orders: All warranties on products from group orders must be handled by the individual who placed the order.
We will exchange items such as masks, gloves or gorgets, however you must cover all shipping costs.
