In an effort to bring you the toughest, historically accurate safe sparring arming sword simulators, we went back to the drawing board. We started out by not just researching historical antiques from a new perspective, we handled them. We found most 13th and 14th century antiques were lighter than expected. Most fell into the 800 to 900 gram category with blades between 80cm and 88cm. We used this baseline to build this new line of arming sword simulators. These swords comes standard with our wide profile Broadsword blade (BBS Broadsword Blade), available in lengths of 32″, 34″ and 36″, a contoured 4.25″ (11cm) black PLA grip, and a choice of 3 iconic pommels. You can choose from these 3 profiles: the Wheel (Type J1), The Brazil Nut (Type A) and Migration era Type M style pommel, all made from solid stainless steel. these Pommels are all very close in weight so for consistency, they do not change the POB from one to the other.
